| the joy of being the THIRD daughter ! |

| When I, the third daughter was born my grand mother(Dadi) sat in the courtyard and wailed. She all but beat her breast! I was the THIRD granddaughter you see! My other grandmother ( Nani ) held my mom who had had a difficult birth and cried silently. Tears of thanksgiving that HER only daughter, my mom was ok and maybe of sadness also...
